Benny helped me out today--real cool dude. When you drop off your car, they offer you a ride home, and they actually have the NECESSARY tools to CORRECTLY diagnose your car. They switched out a split vacuum hose for vacuum switching valve, and they didn't charge me at all. If you want a diagnostic, don't erase the codes before you go to Super Shop like I did so they can properly diagnose the car. These guys legit saved my day today. I'm not from the area, was trying to make it to a local class on time, and my Toyota Celica was misfiring like crazy. Found this shop on Google and limped the car in. Not only did Super Shop give me a ride the rest of the way to my class, they had diagnosed the issue, sourced the parts and made the repairs by the end of the day, for a reasonable price. They didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't broken, either - in fact, they double-checked to make sure that only one of my ignition coils was faulty and replaced that part specifically. We're so happy that we found Super Shop. It is so rare to experience their brand of generosity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. The owner and co. went above and beyond in every aspect. We will absolutely return for future repairs, oil changes, and other routine maintenance. Our Costco car battery died while it was still under warranty. Unable to switch it out ourselves, we turned to Super Shop. The staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and they worked hard to help us out. With little notice, they removed our dead battery and even gave us a ride to Costco to switch it out for a new one. After we arrived back with the new battery, Super Shop staff had it installed in just a few minutes. As we tried to pay, the owner informed us that they waived the installation fee for the battery.

Our experience at Super Shop was overwhelmingly positive. It is an honest, reasonably priced, and welcoming auto service center. They do amazing work and on top of that, the shop itself was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean.
